Works For Me Wednesday – Cold Water Bottles

This is a pretty simple thing but it works for me so I thought I’d share it with you.
To keep kids drinks cold in their drink bottles half fill the drink bottle with water or your drink of choice. Pop it in the freezer overnight, in the morning top the bottle up with more drink and the drink bottle should stay cold for most of the day.

Great tip, Rachel. Will need to file this one for when the warmer weather comes back round
Great tip!!!
We do this for day camp. Works great!
We do this when we’re going somewhere, like the mall…freeze our bottles and then leave them in the car (on a hand towel). when we live, we have nice, cool water to sip on till the car cools down
great tip!
Sheesh, why didn’t I think of that. We just stuff ice cubes in the thing, then fill it up. It might stay colder longer this way!
