Weight Loss Challenge – Weigh In #3

Starting Weight – 75kg (165lbs)
Todays Weight – 72kg (159lbs)
This Weeks Loss – 0.5kg (1lbs)
Total Loss – 3kg (6.6lbs)
My week has been ok, but not great. I have been trying hard not to snack between meals as well as drinking more water.
My goals for this week are to:
- plan what I’m going to eat during the day and have some healthy snacks in the house that I can have rather than heading for a biscuit or chips.
- walk around the block after dropping the girls to school at least 3 mornings this week
- eat smaller portioned meals
- eat more meals rather than snacking
- drink more water
