Starting weight: 73kg
Todays weight: 70kg
My goal to loose 6kg in 6 weeks is not going as well as I had hoped. I am still losing weight, but very slowly and not at the rate I was hoping. My problem is that I lack motivation and I can think up a thousand excuses when it comes to exercise or rather lack of it and why it is ok to eat the last 3 chocolate biscuits.
This week I am going to try and drink more water and I am also going to try and eat smaller healthier meals more often to try and boost my metabolism and get more exercise.

Losing weight is sometimes hard, but I find it particularly hard this time of year. There’s just so much going on. The important part is that you are losing, no matter how slowly!
