Weekly Meal Plan
One of my goals for 2012 is to stay organised and one way I am planning to do that is by making weekly meal plans. Not only is it going to eliminate the 6pm “what are we having for dinner” drama, but it will also save us money and by sticking the menu on the fridge it will stop my kids from asking me “What’s for dinner?” over and over again
So each week I am going to post my families menu with links to the recipes I use.
Here is this weeks menu:
Monday – Crumbed Fish, Mashed Potato and Steamed Vegetables
Tuesday – Meat Pies, Chips and Salad
Wednesday – Lemon Pepper Chicken, Wedges and Salad
Thursday – Satay Chicken and Rice
Friday – Leftover Spaghetti
Saturday – Tacos
It’s been almost 3 years since I joined in with I’m an Organizing Junkie‘s Menu Plan Monday Meme and I was really excited to see that she is still going strong with it. So if you want to see more great menus, go and check it out

Yum… I love meat pies! Sounds like a yummy weak!
Hi, it’s so good to find other aussies in blog-land! Love your menu plan, and hopefully we can get organised and save money together – I can’t wait until my kids are old enough to read the menu plan on the fridge so I can stop having to tell them 10 times a day!!
Interested to hear about your diabetes and autism juggling – my hubby is type 1 diabetic, and our 5 yr old has Aspergers and lactose intolerance – so I am hearing you on the juggling
I’m glad you found me Sasha, it looks like we have a fair bit in common

My husband has Type 2. He’s been doing much better at managing it the last 3 years.
You have a wonderful week.
