I weighed myself today and arghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!! The scales said 77kg…. this is the heaviest I have ever been and it’s scary!

I have decided that it’s time to do something about it, I know, I know, I’ve said it all before, but this time I really mean it!

So starting tomorrow I am going to keep junk food out of the house, I am going to eat small healthy meals and I am going to exercise. I will do pilates during the day while Riley is asleep and get on my exercise bike at night when the kids are in bed.

I’ll write tomorrow night and let you know how I go :)
