Spaghetti Pie

Bolognaise Sauce
.

500g beef mince
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped finely
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 cups frozen vegetables
1 teaspoon of dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper

Other ingredients needed:

500g uncooked pasta
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup grated cheese

Fry the mince in a saucepan.
Add onion and garlic continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Add the remainder of the ingredients, stir well and cook gently for a further 15 minutes.
Cook the pasta as per the directions on the packet.
Stir the pasta into the sauce.
Add the beaten eggs to the spaghetti mix and mix well.
Pour into an oven proof dish.
Sprinkle cheese on the top.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
