Recipe – Pizza Chicken

Pizza Chicken
1kg flattened skinless chicken breasts
2 large slices ham
1/2 cup of tomato pasta sauce
1 cup grated cheese
Lay the chicken breasts on a greased baking tray.
Smear the pasta sauce over the chicken.
Lay half a slice of ham over the chicken and sprinkle the cheese over the top.
Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Hey! Thisi s my Chicken Parmagiana recipe – except that I use precrumbed schnitzels instead of skinless breasts, and I generally flash fry them in a fry pan to give them a head start in cooking. Sometimes I use bacon instead of ham too, then I fry that first, so the chicken crumbs get to soak up all the bacon juices.
