Crumbed Fish

1 kg white fish fillets
1 cup of cornflakes
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of lemon pepper seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup plain flour
pinch of salt

Place cornflakes, bread crumbs, sesame seeds, lemon pepper and salt in a food processor and make fine crumbs.
Coat fish in flour, then in egg and then in the crumb mixture.
Shallow fry in a small amount of oil, turning the fish half way through cooking.

Or place on a greased oven tray, spray lightly with oil spray and bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
