Meal Plan Monday

Firstly I’d like to wish everyone a very happy and safe Christmas and New Year! And now here is my plan for this week :)

Monday – Christmas Eve ( We are having some people over for dinner)
Dinner – Crockpot Vegetable Curry, Crunchy Nut Chicken, Oriental Rice & Salad

Dessert – Fudge Brownies and Ice cream

Tuesday – Christmas Day
Dinner – Leftovers from Christmas Lunch

Wednesday – Boxing Day
Dinner – More leftovers from Christmas Lunch

Thursday
Dinner – Spaghetti Pie, Garlic Bread and Salad

Friday
Dinner – Lemon Pepper Chicken, Peas and Corn on the Cob

Saturday
Dinner – Easy Dinner – Cheese on Toast

Sunday
Dinner – Dinner at Mum and Dads
