I’m sorry, I know, I forgot about Fab Five yesterday.
I do have an excuse! I had my 2 little cousins stay here with us last night, so that meant 7 kids under the age of 10 years all in my little house all at the same time!!!! Ok, so they were all good and they all went to bed and went to sleep without any fuss, so I can’t really use it as an excuse for forgetting about Fab Five, but I’m going to use it anyway
Anyway let’s get on with it,

So this week I’m going to give you my team members new blogs…. (I know that there are more than 5 listed here this week, but I just couldn’t leave any of them out!)

Don’t forget that tomorrow night between 8 and 9pm is Earth Hour. So turn off those lights, we can all make a differnece. And by the way, did you know that Earth Hour 2007 was a Sydney event but Earth Hour 2008 is a global movement….. how exciting!!! Our household participated last year and will be doing it again this year.
This is from the Earth Hour website:
About Earth Hour
On March 31 2007, for one hour, Sydney made a powerful statement about the greatest contributor to global warming – coal-fired electricity – by turning off its lights. Over 2.2 million Sydney residents and over 2,100 businesses switched off, leading to a 10.2% energy reduction across the city. What began as one city taking a stand against global warming caught the attention of the world.
In 2008, 24 global cities will participate in Earth Hour at 8pm on March 29. Earth Hour is the highlight of a major campaign to encourage businesses, communities and individuals to take the simple steps needed to cut their emissions on an ongoing basis. It is about simple changes that will collectively make a difference – from businesses turning off their lights when their offices are empty, to households turning off appliances rather than leaving them on standby.
