The first week of the $20 Challenge didn’t go so well for me. I ordered some wax to make wax melts (tarts) but the package never arrived. Thankfully though I was refunded my money but I wasn’t able to make and sell the melts and therefore I didn’t make a profit
How did you go?. Leave me a comment below or you can send me an email if you prefer.
Remember the person who made the highest amount of profit from their $20 gets an extra $20 Paypal credit.

It is Day 1 of the $20 challenge are you going to join me?
Here are the rules:
The 1st challenge begins today, Monday 16th June 2008 and will run until Sunday 30th June 2008
The idea is to take $20 and purchase items to resell for a profit.
You may buy items from anywhere you like and sell them anywhere you like. It’s that simple
Some examples are, buying from garage sales and reselling on ebay, buying materials from a craft shop, making it into a bag or clothing and selling it at a market stall etc, the list is endless.
The only rule is that you must start with an outlay of $20 (the $20 can be spent on a number of items) and you have 2 weeks to sell the items.
You may take your profit from the first sales and reinvest it to resell again as many times as you like but for the challenge competition only profit made between the beginning and end date will count.
Now for the fun part, for the first Challenge I am going to give the person who can make the most profit a $20 AUS Paypal credit (that’s a little over $20 US).
Leave me a comment if you are going to join in and don’t forget to come back and let us all know what you are spending you $20 on and how you are going to sell it.
I will post again on the 30th June and we can all share our sucesses then
