The kids are back at school now so I am working on getting as much as possible prepared for dinner during the day while my baby Sophie is sleeping. That way I have more time to spend with the kids in the afternoons doing homework and reading etc. Here is my menu for this week:

Monday
Dinner – Crunchy Nut Chicken and streamed vegetables


Tuesday

Dinner – Curried Meatballs, Steamed Vegetables and Creamy Pasta
Baking – Low Fat Chocolate Brownies


Wednesday

Dinner – Pasta Bake and Salad


Thursday

Dinner – Mini Meatloaves , Potato Wedges and Salad


Friday

Dinner – Grab a tin (Baked Beans or tinned Spaghetti)


Saturday

Dinner – Quick Dinner – Cheese on Toast


Sunday

Dinner – Dinner at Mum and Dads
