I haven’t been able to get myself motivated to eat properly or to exercise lately. I’ve come up with excuse after excuse as to why I can’t watch what I’m eating and why I can’t exercise but to be perfectly honest I have just been really slack.
Sitting here yesterday I realised that it’s only 7 weeks until Christmas and a little later I was thinking about this weight loss challenge and how I have got 7kg to loose to reach my first goal of 65kg.
So I have come up with a challenge for myself. 7 in 7 in 07! Lose 7 kgs in 7 weeks in 2007 
I don’t think I could think of a better Christmas present for myself than to reach my first goal.

Christmas wrapping paper and boxes can be quite expensive so keep your eyes out for wrapping paper or boxes in plain colours. These are usually cheaper and you can even get them even cheaper when they are on sale. Red, green, yellow, gold or silver are particularily festive but other colours will work too.
